Dancing Fox is closed now for the upcoming winter months, however we will be re-opening the second weekend of May 2015.  We are accepting 2015 reservations at this time.  Thank You!

With it’s rural locale setting, simple shed style roof, barn wood exterior cladding, interior walls sheathed in white-washed barn boards, wide-plank pine flooring, rustic handmade kitchen cabinetry and barn beam framing….you will be enveloped by the subtle feeling of our pioneers, a sense of soothing well-being and one of a simpler more calmer lifestyle.

Although designed and purpose-built in a rustic if cabins, cottages, primitive, rustic, secluded, rental, cedar point, lake erie, sanduskynot primitive style, it offers all the modern amenities, creature comforts and conveniences we all come to expect. Additionally it is conveniently located to Cedar Point Amusement Park, Central Lake Erie’s numerous and renowned wineries, restaurants of all flavors, shopping galore, bird watching venues, historical locations and the entire vast array of other attractions scattered around us. The Dancing Fox Cabin is also within one-hour drive or less to Cleveland, Toledo, Oberlin and Mansfield for our business traveling friends.

As family, friends and guests come and go they often bring us plants, seedlings, cuttings or seeds for us to plant within our our growing history of this farmsteads continuing legacy.
  During growing season, we share our quaint and tidy "settlers garden" with guests providing fresh produce for your enjoyment.
